Se reconoció el talento de las cineastas Luna Marán, Eva Melina González , así como a la directora del proyecto Oaxaca Cine Isabel Rojas y a las representantes del proyecto Agenda Guelatao y del colectivo Ojo de Agua.
Oaxaca, México. 17 Marzo 2017.- Durante la Muestra del Cine Independiente donde se exhibieron producciones de mujeres oaxaqueñas, la titular de la Secretaria de las Culturas y Artes de Oaxaca (Seculta) Ana Vásquez Colmenares entregó reconocimientos a productoras de la entidad.
En el evento celebrado en el Teatro “Macedonio Alcalá”, la servidora pública reconoció el talento de las cineastas Luna Marán, Eva Melina González , así como a la directora del proyecto Oaxaca Cine Isabel Rojas y a las representantes del proyecto Agenda Guelatao y del colectivo Ojo de Agua.
Este proyecto que surge de la iniciativa de cineastas independientes pertenecientes al proyecto comunitario Cine Too se realizó en colaboración con el Consorcio Internacional Arte y Escuela A.C (ConArte) y la Seculta.
La muestra proyectó los trabajos realizados por Luna Marán “Me parezco tanto a ti” y Eva Melina González “Buscando mi vida”, artistas oaxaqueñas que con su trabajo se han abierto camino en la comunidad fílmica nacional e internacional.
Las proyecciones muestran la realidad que viven las mujeres en la entidad, contando historias de lucha y perseverancia, fortaleciendo al género femenino y sus distintos entornos familiares y sociales.
Este tipo de producciones nos invita a reflexionar sobre las desigualdades socioeconómicas y de género que aquejan nuestra sociedad y nos exhorta a erradicarlas a través de la cultura y las artes.

Fiona Solis Philippine model and actress Fiona Solis has done several appearances and photoshoots in her home country, and also competes in transgender beauty contests. 3. Laverne Cox The actress best known for her role as Sophia in Orange Is The New Black has defended the rights of transgender women worldwide and has also been included in Time magazineâ‚¬â„¢s â‚¬Ëœ100 Most Influential People In The Worldâ‚¬â„¢. Cox also was named in People magazine as one of 2015â‚¬â„¢s most beautiful women. 4. Lea T Lea was highlighted as one of Europeâ‚¬â„¢s first transgender models to star in an international campaign in 2010. She states that while European, American and Brazilian cultures are more accepting, other countries and people could be more open-minded about the transgender community. 5. Ines Rau Rau was born male twenty-five years ago, but has succeeded in modelling for many years. 6. Amelia Maltepe Maltepe was born a male in Bangladesh but moved to Toronto, Canada to study, which was when she longed to have the life she wanted, and so began hormonal and surgical treatment to become more feminine. 7. Carmen Carrera Carmen became known in the US after participating in a reality show and show the world its stunning beauty and its just perfect physical form. According to her, the sex-change surgery has brought many problems to your life, but they were worth it, especially now that she's photographic model in addition to raze the catwalks. Carrera says that while the transition surgery did bring many problems to her life, they were worth it considering she is now a photographic and fashion model, after showing the world on a reality television show her stunning beauty. 8. Janet Mock Mock is known for her writing, a transgender rights activist and as the former staff editor of People magazineâ‚¬â„¢s website. At age sixteen she was a sex worker, and was the first person in her family to go to college during which time she underwent gender reassignment surgery that begun at age eighteen. In 2011 Marie Clare profiled her, however, she took issue with the authorâ‚¬â„¢s â‚¬Å“misgenderingâ‚¬Â when it was written she was â‚¬Å“born, and raised, a boyâ‚¬Â. She stated; â‚¬Å“I was born in what doctors proclaim is a boyâ‚¬â„¢s body. I had no choice in the assignment of my sex at birthâ¦ My genital reconstructive surgery did not make me a girl. I was always a girl.â‚¬Â 9. Andreja Pejic Pejic is renowned for her ability to wear both male and female clothing on the catwalk. She was listed by models.com as the eighteenth best male model in the world, furthermore, she has been listed as the ninety-eighth sexiest women in the world in 2011. She is also the first transgender model Vogue magazine will profile. 10. Claudia Charriez Charriez has fought hard to get to where she is now, having multiple doors slammed in her face for who she is, when trying to break out into the modelling world. One such door was from Americaâ‚¬â„¢s Next Top Model in 2008. However, she persevered and is now one of the todayâ‚¬â„¢s most sought after models globally. Various online, print, and broadcast media sources over the last several decades were used in compiling a list of the worldâ‚¬â„¢s ten â‚¬Å“hottest and sexiestâ‚¬Â transgender females.
